What’s In My Fridge

 

 

Top row:  La Croix in cola and coconut. Kombucha (I usually buy Health-ade, Gt's or one from the farmers market or Fermentation Farm - a local spot.), Teaonic tea, Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Limeade drink. pico de Gallo, Thai Coconut Curry from Hope Hummus (my favorite), applesauce for baking, pickles from the farmers market and miso broth from Nona Lim (They make delicious healthy soups as well).

Middle row: In the drawer I like to keep chicken and turkey/ turkey pepperoni that is ready to eat! I only buy organic poultry that has no added hormones or antibiotics. Two of my favorite brands are Applegate and Truestory. In this row I keep Lots of spinach for smoothies and salads, my favorite butter lettuce I make lettuce cups with, lemons, Cilantro and almond milk.

Bottom row: blackberries and blueberries, celery chopped for snacking and kept in water to keep fresh. Olives, Jicama, watermelon and sliced up red bell peppers.

Drawers: Carrots, Kale, Oranges and coconuts meat.

Side shelves: pretty self explanatory.. this is were I keep probiotics, condiments and fermented food, sauerkraut, coconut yogurt and kefir. I also keep my bone broth, my dogs bone broth that I put on his food and a few other random things.

 

One more thing! I hope this post inspires you to nourish your body with healthy and colorful foods! I try to remember that calories don't count, but it's nutrients that do! Hopefully you found a few new items you'd like to try 🙂
